Bio : Head of the Ergonomics Team, Ergonomics Expert Member of the Board of the Warsaw Division of the Polish Ergonomics Society (PTErg.) I have extensive experience in ergonomics, occupational safety and protecting employees’ health. In my daily work, I advise organisations on identifying and reducing risk factors, improving working conditions and implementing solutions that support employees’ health and performance. My responsibilities include ergonomic workstation assessments, workplace audits, musculoskeletal disorder risk analysis, and the development and implementation of ergonomic programmes. I combine a focus on employees’ health with an analysis of the costs resulting from non-ergonomic working conditions. I am an experienced trainer, auditor and academic lecturer. I conduct training sessions, workshops and consultations for employees and management, supporting organisations from various sectors in building a safe, healthy and effective working environment.
